Co-exhibitors can be added in the last step of the booking.
On completion, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of your application. Please note that this acknowledgement is not yet a final booking confirmation.
Space allocation will start in March 2025. Subject to the availability of space in your preferred location, we will try to accommodate your wishes and will send you a placement proposal latest by the end of March 2026.
If you agree with our proposal, we will send you a written admission. With this written admission the contract becomes formally binding. Along with the admission you will receive your personal log-in data for our online service center. There you can submit valid bookings for all stand services needed (e.g. water and electricity supply, stand construction, etc.).
You will receive the invoice for the participation fee before the event. Service bookings (water, electrical connection, stand construction, etc.) will be billed to you after the event.
